Delivery
Free tracked shipping to Singapore on every order — no minimum. Your parcel ships from our atelier in Chiang Mai and arrives in 5–8 business days, door-to-door with tracking.
Prices & payment
Prices on the site are shown in Singapore dollars (S$), converted automatically at the current rate. At checkout your card is charged the same amount in Thai Baht (฿) — that's simply the currency our store operates in. We accept Visa, Mastercard and other major cards.

Customs & GST
Orders under S$400 are not charged import duties on arrival in Singapore. You pay what you see at checkout — no surprise fees at the door.
Returns & guarantee
Every piece is covered by our 28-day guarantee. If anything is wrong with your garment — fit, fault or just not what you expected — message us and we'll refund or replace it, quickly and without fuss.
Sizing & made to order
Most of our pieces are a relaxed free-size cut, with measurements listed on every product page. Between sizes, or want a piece adjusted? Our atelier sews everything in-house, so we can often make it to order — DM us on Instagram and we'll sort it out together.

Elli.aM is our own label — every piece designed, cut, sewn and photographed by our team in Chiang Mai, using 100% natural fabrics: linen, hemp and organic cotton. Three stores in Chiang Mai, one atelier, no middlemen. That's why quality that sells for double in Singapore malls costs less here.
