1. Domestic Shipping (Thailand)
• Delivery Time:
• If the product is in stock, we will ship your order within 1-3 working days.
• If the product is not in stock due to simultaneous sales in our physical shops, please allow up to 15 days for us to handcraft and prepare your order before shipping.
• Delivery is primarily handled by Flash Express, and the transit time typically ranges from 1-3 working days after the product has been shipped.
• Order Confirmation:
• Once your order is placed, it cannot be canceled. If you have any doubts or questions, we encourage you to contact our support team before completing your purchase.
2. International Shipping
• Standard Shipping:
• Delivery time for standard shipping is 7-25 days, excluding holidays and weekends.
• You can check the estimated delivery time based on your destination country during the checkout process.
• Express Shipping:
• For faster delivery, express shipping is available with a transit time of 7-19 days, excluding holidays and weekends.
• The shipping cost will be calculated based on the destination country, and you can review the price before completing your order.
• Handcrafting Time (If Out of Stock):
• If the item you ordered is not currently in stock, please allow up to 15 days for us to handcraft your product before it is shipped.
3. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
4. Important Considerations
• Customs and Import Duties:
• International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
• Delivery Delays:
• While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please note that delays can occur due to customs clearance, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
